ok so i put some songs on a usb and then put in my xbox and pops up with an error cant play because it is not supported or something like that is there a way i can transfer that music off my usb to my xbox so it will work

You have to burn a cd. its the only way to put music on your xbox i believe...

you have to burn it to a disk put it in your xbox and copy it to your harddrive i think.

What type of music files are they?? .mp3, .wma, .wav? These should work

you can connect your xbox to your computer through your ethernet connection, then on Windows Media Player it will show up as a divice , then on your xbox you will see all your music there.
Also you can try to reformat the USB drive to the one that is needed for xbox.
Also try to search google for ways of playing music on the xbox, im sure theres more then just those two.
