Firstly, do you have a server to upload your files on to? If so then use a ftp client to upload the files to the root of your server. From there navigate to your site url. Then run through the set-up steps. You will also need to use your cPannel to create a database.

If you need more help reply. But firstly you will need to have a web server or pay for hosting.
