Ok so how come the clan operations are not yet available for clans on ELITE. They said we could do clan battles and stuff but....nada. please reply

As of now getting founders with the xp boost are the only way to rank up a clan.
Clan operations are still being "worked on". I guess they just haven't fine tuned them or perfected them yet so no one really knows when they will be coming out.
