i have weapons with a 325872 level cap and i want to know how to wield itEDIT:
EDIT: could i edit my level delete my catch and equip it?

You don't equip it at all. They were made for the mere enjoyment of seeing a high level cap.

yes but i tried deleting my catch and it deleted my weapons lol because with horizon you can mod your level to whatever you want thus making you equipt the wepon and if you have equiped when you update it will still be there

You can't mo your level any higher than 69, unless you delete the cache and even then, you can't use any parts relating to DLC or it won't show. If a weapon is 12 levels higher than you and you have 50 proficiency in that type, you can use WillowTree to set the gun equipped, then hex edit the level to the original.
