The S.top O.nline P.iracy A.ct (S.O.P.A) is a bill that was proposed by the government. it is trying to stop Piracy, and copyrighted material, but is too vaguely written that what it actually doing is Censoring the internet. This act was the cause in Megaupload's Shutdown, and the hacker group called Anonymous is protesting against the bills, and is doing a very good job.
