My gears is laser burned and I can't install it. I don't know what to do, is there a way to install games manually?

Nope,you can hire a different disc of it though..

either rent a disc from a rental company or borrow a friends. as long as the 360 can read and start your disc it will work.

Yea if you put it on a usb then transferr to hard drive that should work.
