$700 for that is not a very good deal. You should build your own and I would suggest saving up about $1000 so you can build a PC that will last a while before needing upgrades.

This should be good for editing, but the graphics card might not be powerful enough for newer games at maximum resolutions.
You may want to change the case for a mid tower case, if you want a cheap one, go with the Antec 300, it is a great budget case, this should help you avoid airflow problems.
Also just make sure the PSU is from a trusted company like Corsair or Antec, as if that blows, then it could take your hole system with it, and you really won't want that.
