its because you have no money on your payment method for example... no money in paypal. no live.. they suspend you because your past due on payment and its being charged to a card or paypal thats either messed up or card number change or w/e... just call xbox support and have another card ready so you can switch it over.. your not perma banned or anything its just a temp because of the status of your payment

did you redeem a code for live? or use a credit card?
if you used a CC and u took it off the account, they take your account away,

how to fix,
make a paypal account, use entropay .com to lift the limit on your paypal, put your paypal on the update payment, should fix that for you

It means you were set to auto renewal but there was no money in the bank. Happened to me and I was banned for as long as the subscription.
