1. Inactive members are not bots.
2. Quit pulling random numbers out of your ass. You don't know the statistics any more than all of us do.

If this was true why do they ban so many members wouldn't they just give them warnings.

It's quite a risk, some people actually do come back, very rarely, but the majority of people who signed up back in '08 or '09 have all forgotten about those accounts, even if they do come back to TTG.

It might work if all of the very early accounts that have NO posts should be revoked, but it might cause some complications.

Sorry, staff have already said they won't delete the account because there is always that, "chance" these members will come back. I have suggested this but it won't happen, sorry brother.
