Okay so this Thursday i received this email from Microsoft... I was very upset because what they claim i did i did not I don't talk to ANYONE on Xbox besides those on my friends list. Can someone explain this to me? Or what i could of done to receive this? Please and thank you!

This email is to notify you that your Xbox LIVE account privileges have been permanently suspended due to harassment, threats, and/or abuse of other players. These actions have been determined to be severe, repeated, and/or excessive.
The conduct that caused this suspension may include, but is not limited to:
Threats of death, harm, property damage, or any other act of violence or vandalism
Extortion or manipulation
Libel, defamation, or slander
Display or transmission of personally-identifiable information
Stalking
Creation of multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or blocked communications
Your conduct was brought to the attention of the LIVE Enforcement Team through complaints filed by other Xbox LIVE users or in the course of our operation of the service. The LIVE Enforcement Team has reviewed the complaints and other evidence regarding your conduct and determined it violates the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct. Because your conduct is in violation, the LIVE Enforcement Team has issued a permanent suspension.
During your suspension, you will not be able to log into Xbox LIVE. Your Xbox LIVE privileges will not be reinstated.
Customer Support is not able to modify or provide any further details about your suspension.
Microsoft expects that all customers abide by the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct provides guidelines for appropriate behavior while using the service.
You can view the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct from the Xbox LIVE Dashboard under Xbox LIVE Policies in Account Management, or by visiting [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] can view the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use by visiting [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .

Gee... i had 2 Suspensions before this so i see it's my 3rd strike. But i don't send any bad messages over Xbox. It doesn't make sense as to why i have been banned. But thanks for your answer!
