Did you try unplugging router and modem?
That might work if you wait 1 min or so after unplugging it.

You need to call your isp they will need to put in a new modem/Router.

Try resseting your modem, restart your computer and retry. Make sure all your connections are connected right. If it still doesnt work, call your internet provider =P That's what I had to do

try unplugging your computer the routers and modems and all the cords in them wait about 5 minutes and try again and if our computer happens to have a different spot for the ethernet try plugging it in there then plug everything back in and power it on

man i can tell you whats going on, sometimes yur internet company's router mess's up. and full connection do's not go to your laptops wifi thing. to fix the problem if you have it again just unplug yur internet box and plug it back in. always works for me.

take your comp near your router, diconnect and reconnect it will work

try resetting the modem... and if that doesnt work then take the battery out of the modem for 5 mins and put it back in... and finally if that doesnt work.. unplug your cpu (make sure its off b4 u do it) and wait 1 min and plug it back in
