I have a guide open but its not telling me something
if you havent done Shilo Village stop reading
im at the part where you gotta craft the brass necklace
but it wont let me it says " You're Not Quite Sure What To Do With This"
if you know what im doing wrong please help...

You probably skipped a step and have to talk to someone first about it. That usually happens to me while questing. Haven't done that quest in awhile though. Just backpedal through the guide and check to make sure you did everything.
