So all you have to do is watch the video on how to update, if you need help just post below.
Heres what you need to download first to get you started:
Nand Flasher:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
360 Multi Builder:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
After watching the video you can now setup Avatar support. To do that download the M$ update that will be below and put it on a non-configured USB and update when prompted to.
Update:

Virus Scan for all file downloads:

audio is a bit low, so make sure you turn it up to anyone watching this
Just for refrence, can you use gyazo or whatever and take a picture of the files in the rar so people know, and also, incase there are EXEs, upload a virus scan for all the paranoid people out there.

I have a Xenon on the 13599 dash.
Do I use Xell or Xell-Reloaded?
I used the Xell from the Dash Launch to get my CPU Key
