They can see because in Pro Clubs it tells you what VP Overall each member's pro is.

tbh in that link asking him how it said that it is actually very easy to see who is using a modded vp but me my bro and my mate have all been playing pro clubs for a few days straight with the 127's and nothing so if it is realy that easy to see us why havent i or my two club members been banned then plus i dnt belive u can get banned from xbla for it as it would take file complaints and then microsoft to review your account and catch you doing somthing wrong surely.

I say play on it for a bit and then have time off for a bit which is what i have done when every one started to say they were getting banned but hardley any of my games have legit game saves or profiles but who cares as far as im concerned if its my gamesave i have the right to do with it what i want and they can go f**k them selves

Lol. Many people thought they were getting away with it on the UT pack glitch as well as they didn't start banning people in mass numbers for quite some time.

I personally think if they can't be bothered to patch it or think of a new system so it can't be done, no one should be banned for doing it. If it's there, people are going to take advantage of it. It's how humans work.

i did get console banned for something but i think that was for 10k msp accounts
