So i was recently console banned on two xbox's. An old one of mine and a relatively new one.
if i bought a new one, and recovered my account on there, would that xbox be console banned too?

Nope.
If you were Profile Banned, and not Console Banned, you could just create a new profile on the same console.
But if you're Console Banned and not Profile Banned, you can recover that profile where ever you like.

If you recover your account on to a new xbox.. No it wont console banned, only the account on the console that was banned will be console banned
