Does anyone know when the recently released DLC maps will be released for non-elite players?

i was told febuary 24 im not sure if thats the right date it was just what i was told

They'll be released in March as a collection.

Thanks. Thats why I decided not to fall for the "buy elite, it'll pay for itself" scheme. I figured they would release all of the small monthly DLC's together in larger groups.
