Yes there is a way, and that is by using something called "Mineshafter"

This basically act's as a replacement server to host your skins, and username, it's not anything that will make you join premium servers, but it allows other people who are using mineshafter to see your skin.

Can be a little buggy at times, with loading skins ect.
but it works.

Or alternatively Just buy the goddamn game.
Look on ebay or somthing they sell giftcodes for a little cheaper on there.

You can't with a cracked version of minecraft.

You can edit the skin in the .Minecraft jar file but only YOU can see it..
