If you're talking about youtube then no. Only 10% of the videos on youtube stating that it is a modding tool actually work. The rest are just thousands and thousands of spammmers trying to get you to go to their referral site. If you sign up or complete a survey they get like $o.o5 thats why you see so much of the same videos posted over and over.

There is one for the PC bro but not for the Xbox 360. If you do come across a post of video claiming they have one out and they post a download link don't download it. As always some n00bcake has to create a poorly coded infected file to mess up someone's computer.
