Disruption's Tutorial On How To Get Your Account Back After An Error Pop's Up During Recovering
I take full credit for this as I found this out all by myself. People who claim this is theres will be reported.

Well if you are reading this you should read this ONLY if you have the following error pop up when trying to recover your account: "Xbox Live SignUp Is Currently Unavailable, Please Try Again Later."

So this is how to get your account back and save a phone call or screaming at microsoft or your parents.
Step 1: Well your account can't be recovered? Well go to System Settings and click on MEMORY.
Step 2: Locate Gamer Profiles and click on it.
Step 3: Once you locate your account DELETE IT (When the screen pops up click "Profile ONLY" (This saves all of your data from before)
Step 4: Once deleted go through your GAMES area and locate any Corrupted data and REMOVE IT.
Step 5: Once all that is done go back to the area where it says "Hard Drive". Click The button Y and Scroll down to "Clear System Cache" Then click yes.
Step 6: Turn Off your console and wait 30 Seconds. Once the thirty seconds are done turn on your console and try recovering.

Please Note: This also will help you if you have had an issue like me when you can't see your gamerpic and your gamerscore is reset on your screen but others no. (Also you can use your avatar now )
