well just got my hauppage plugged everything in properly, opened up arc soft the program that comes with it, and start recording in private match on cod the video doesnt come up as fast on pc then it does on xbox like its slower, also after im done recording itll make a video file the audio is really bad like not synced at all with the video, like ill shoot a bullet and the audio will be like a 3 second delay, and i no its not my pc becuase my pc is 3000$ custom made, so I dont no why im getting this lag or how to fix it:( if you no how to fix it please help me.

Thats Normal.

Alot OF us PVR Owners Have The 3 Sec Delay.

After is Uploaded on YouTube, it wont Be Laggy.

You Need to have a fast Computer if its to slow it wont be able to process the video in time. or i could be that your experiencing a normal problem that all pvr owners face..

it's supposed to lag from your pc to your tv, your tv will always be ahead of your pc, but if your playing back the saved file on your pc and it's lagging it's your pc that is to slow or the media player your using to playback the hd files, try using quicktime player thats what i use to play back my raw files.
