All i can think of is Skull Candy's

They might be seen as a quality budget brand, but they're still bested on that front. There are cheaper headphones that are built better with better sound quality.

has to be over ear

Personally, I'd go with the Ultrasone HFI-780. They're very bassy with emphasis on lows and highs with recessed mids. They look great and are very versatile and durable. Some other options are the Audio Technica Pro 700 Mk. II, M-Audio Q40, and Shure SRH750DJ.
