Well if you bought it you cant fix it,unless you reflash the nand,if you jtagged it yourself you will have to reflash the nand

ok so this is the ONLY way to fix it. If you cant boot into xell then you have to use an LPT connector and plug it into your computer. Then you must reflash it through the computer. I currently have the E79 error and that is the only thing to do.
