Make sure you use Dead Scilence and make sure your team doesn't use any banned weapons. Good players win gun fights but great players avoid them.

Anticipation, Anticipation, Anticipation. Also improve your gunskill (close range gunfights). Know callouts on maps so you can know where your teammates are, and call out whenever you see an enemy. As well play 100% objective everyday everyday. Also if you dont' feel like your team has enough chemistry, try doing scrimmages on gb forums.

Communication is the key!
Also, try to use a range of guns, such as 1 sniper for support, a few runners with SMG, an LMG-er and an assault rifle guy, and maybe a shotgunner, depending on how big your team is.
But yeah, communication is the main thing, talk, relax, make sure you get a long, and talk strategies

Get to know the sightlines on maps, use callouts and communicate well, always always always use dead silence, and use guns that you feel comfortable with and that you know you will do well with.

It depends what you're playing really. If you're going solo, avoid using silencers or other attachments/perks used for stealth. One on one, the other person is going to know where you are once you've killed them and the silencer doesn't do much except to hide you on the radar. The same goes for team games, a team of new players can be overwhelmed by the noise of the gunfire and being surrounded so If you can avoid silencers do so. If you're playing search, spend a lot of times on the maps in the rotations. Studying the map and planning not only your route, but the best routes for your team members to follow in order to compliment your route. Use vantage points, choke points, and objectives to lure your opponents into being killed. Try to set a boundary which you won't pass, setting a kill line can give you a vast advantage. Set your team evenly along the line and have one man, the best, designated as the runner. While your team shoots down the enemies, your runner can take objectives for you. Hope I helped!

come on guys the 3 main things you should always keep in mind. have fun me and my friend played GB on cod 4 dubs and we started to tbf we were not very good but that was because we were taking it too seriously and when we figured this out and thought lets just play for fun we started to play much better as a team and starting winning and went 21-2.

another thing make sure your team plays well together it does not matter if you have not known each other for a long time it just matters that you all click and with this you will go far if you stick to it.

and last but not least think like your enemy your not playing a public match so check places that you would not normally check.

and i hope i helped with my 3 tips
