ok so i got permently suspended for having rip mum on my bio ... but i had ben able to sign in on my other account.... i came back to play xbl and now it says " this console has been banned for violations of the terms of use to protect the xbox live service and its members microsoft does not provide details about console bans. there is no recoursecfor terms of violation. " im feeling a bit down on the dumps over this. anyway i can fix this ??? f anybody knows and helps me il gift them gold for the next 3 months ...

You would not get banned for having a memorial to your mother in your bio. That's a lie.
There is no way to bypass a console ban unless you swap the KV, but you can only do that on JTAG consoles, and only few can get them online nowadays.

it said my bio was inappropiate and dats all dat. was on it ....is there a microsoft chat line or anything wer i can mail them ?
