if i buy a normal xbox 360 arcade from the shop brand new does it have the old blade dashboard? and can it be jtagged? also if not is their a way i can completely reset my xbox so i can jtag it?

And no you won't be able to jtag it. The stock dashboard will be too high. Your best bet is Icy-Tank's "Create a Jtag" service. His thread is above in the stickied section.

No all new xboxs come on newest dash. Also you can not make it so it can be jtagged.What you can do if it is an hdmi xbox you can RGH it.
