First of all this post is in rant because it is a RANT ...
I have been banned from XBOX live for nothing at all.... both accounts... I just renewed membership and paid 50 bucks from elite. ....
I went on xbox live forum and read some other post and it is so stupid what people get banned from.......
someone wrote

Your account was banned because you offered to host infections in exchange for 1600MSP.
Your account was permanently suspended for system tampering. Please refer to the Code of Conduct, specifically the following sections:
- Don't cheat in a game
- Don't modify or hack game content to create cheats
- Dont make unauthorized modifications to your account profile or its contents
- Don't intentionally play with someone who is using unauthorized software or methods to help inflate your game rank or gamerscore
WTF ??? a perma ban for " offering'?

"I would like to know why my account was banned till 12/31/9999 (my gamer tag is MrFknturtl3) before that it was MrFknturtle but y'all made me change it. It seems some kids were trying to act out and falsely reported me. Pleas give me an exact reason for this action against me. If this is so I would like to request a full refund. I just paid for new year about a month ago."

This account has been issued a suspension for engaging in the harassment of other players over Xbox LIVE. The conduct that led to this suspension may include, but is not limited to:
- Threatening other players
- Engaging in abusive communications via in-game voice or messaging
- Abuse of the complaint system

Apologies, but upon receiving a permanent suspension all content licenses (Gold Membership time, Microsoft Points, etc.) associated with the suspended account are forfeit.
I think this is getting out of hand ... no refund? no nothing .... they are the biggest crook of anyone .....

You take the chance by modding it. If xbox staff finds out they will ban you automaticly. :!:
