SBTV wrotePut more detail into this one is it okay to be put on or no?Jak II Renegade Review
Synopsis
The game begins with Jak and Daxter, the protagonists, and Samos, their guardian, watching as Keira, Samos daughter and Jaks romantic interest, study the Rift Rider and Precursor Ring that they found in the previous game. When activated, the Ring opens a portal that the four of them are flung through. They arrive in a dystopia known as Haven City, which is under the control of Baron Praxis, locked in a war with a race of beasts called Metal Heads. Jak and Daxter are separated on arrival, and Jak is captured by Praxis Krimson Guard. While Jak is imprisoned, he is subjected to experiments with Dark Eco; when exposed to Dark Eco, he turns into a mindless beast.
Two years after his capture, Daxter breaks him out of prison, and together, they join an underground rebel movement that seeks to place the rightful ruler, a boy only referred to as the Kid, on the throne. While serving this Underground, Jak finds Keira and Samos, as well as a younger version of Samos. He also learns that Praxis has been working with the Metal Heads to maintain the throne. What surprises him the most is that Haven City is built on the ruins of his home village five hundred years in the future.
Partway through the game, Praxis obtains the Precursor Stone, an artifact of immense power. Praxis intends to crack open the stone while it is inside the Metal Head nest with the aim of dealing a crippling blow to the Metal Heads, not knowing that destroying the Precursor Stone will set off a chain reaction that will destroy the planet. The Baron leaves the destruction of the stone to Krew, the mob boss of Haven City. Jak finds Krew and destroys the device he is building to crack the stone; Krew is killed in the resulting explosion.
After Krews death, Metal Heads invade the city. Jak finds Praxis on the outskirts of the city, confronting Kor, a member of the Underground who had been guarding the Kid. Kor is then revealed to be the leader of the Metal Heads. He mortally wounds Praxis and flies off. Before he dies, Praxis shows Jak another Precursor Stone bomb, this one containing the Precursor Stone. Daxter rummages through the bomb and deactivates it, and Jak takes the stone. As the Krimson Guard and the Underground fight the Metal Heads in the city, Jak travels to the Metal Head nest to confront Kor. There, he finds that Kor has the Kid and a Precursor Ring like the one that brought Jak and his friends to Haven City. Kor informs Jak that the Kid is in actuality, a young Jak. Jak had been sent into the past to learn the skills necessary to defeat Kor. The young Jak, because he is innocent and untouched by Dark Eco, is able to release the Precursor entity trapped in the stone.
During the battle with Kor, Kor is decapitated by the Precursor Ring, which damages it. Before it breaks up, young Jak releases the Precursor entity, which enters the Ring. Samos and Keira arrive and send young Jak and young Samos back in time through the Ring, leaving Jak, Daxter, Samos and Keira to live out their lives in Haven City.
Setting
Jak II Takes place in a future version of the world of Jak and Daxter The Precursor Legacy, The world is alot bigger than the first game with each of the areas seperated with an huge metal airlock door rather then the cruiser race of the first game. The game mostly revolves around the city that you start in, Haven city. Haven city is run by Baron Praxis and his Krimzon Guard law enforcers, Kinda taking a GTA style with the new 'Police' element to the game.
Setting Rating 9/10
Gameplay
When i first heard about the game i thought the gameplay was going to be hard to get used to with the new, Law enforcements, Developed cruisers, a hoverboard, The new world, being able to use guns i thought the game would have lost its amazing touch, but it didnt as soon as you start the game it gives you a tutorial and its actually very simple and a majority of the missions its just the fighting aspect you had in the first game. They gave gta fans their 'fun' as you could say, but still kept the series alive with the basic Jak and Daxter controls. One of the things i had fun with was this new Dark Eco creature change you could do to Jak, due to the dark eco experiments that had happened to him, but you can read about that in the Synopsis. I often got mixed up because in the first game you were trying to aviod dark eco but in this game you need it to ' unleash the beast' as i call it. The brand new gun element to the game was fantastic, the 'morph gun' was unique as it could be transformed into 4 different fire arms, a shotgun, assault fifle, a LMG and some sort of fun Gravity/rocket launcher gun, Each unlock is granted after a certain amount of the game is complete. But the wait was well worth it. This was great to use so you didnt lose as much health in battles, also you could fight more bosses in more style. The Hoverboard was Great but it took a long time to unlock it but when i did, omg, it was so much fun it got you places quicker you could grind on stuff do tricks it looked so epic.

Graphics
The graphics on this game, at the time were great, they were alot better than the first one which was brilliant, i thought id play this game before writing this review to give myself a better idea on graphics and well the graphics were 'okay' not good but not bad either. But being a fan of the series i loved the graphics, they made the game what it is. Also to anyone who has played/ wants to play this game, in a few weeks sony are doing a 720p HD version of all of the games in the Jak Series.
Graphics Rating 8/10
Game Awards
This game received very positive reviews from critics. The Game won Editor's Choice from IGN and GameSpot it was nominated for Best PlayStation 2 Game by GameSpot It sold 400,000 copies in its first 11 months.

Again, like i said the game is played primarily through Pointing And Clicking with the mouse and a few keyboard commands. This system is also used to control the spacecraft, a breakaway from the traditional use of joysticks for space flight simulators. Observing their spacecraft from the rear, players fly their ships by moving the mouse in the direction they want the vessels to go. Freelancer's spacecraft follow simplistic flight dynamics; however, a dash of realism is implemented by allowing the vessels to cut power to their engines and turn to face any direction while drifting along their original pathconservation of momentum. Clicking the mouse button shoots the ship's weapons at the location of the cursor. The interface has no radar display; the location of objects not shown on the screen are indicated by pointers at the screen's edges. Targeting, communications, and navigation data are displayed in information boxes that can be minimized.
Story and plot:
The plot of Freelancer's single-player campaign is illustrated with two hours worth of in-game cutscenes. The story is linear in structurethe player is unable to effect a different storylineand broken down into stages. Cutscenes inform players of background events and the goals in a stage. Most stages have no time limits for their completion, and players can put the main story on hold while taking on missions (jobs) not crucial to it. However, players can only proceed to other regions of the Sirius sector, where more advanced ships, weaponry, and equipment are obtained, after completing missions that advance the story.
On starting single-player mode, a cutscene shows the destruction of space station Freeport 7 by unknown forces, leaving Trent without money or ship on the planet Manhattan. While waiting for his debtor, Lonnigan, to regain consciousness, Trent takes up employment with the LSF under Jun'ko Zane, who provides him with a small ship. Lonnigan refuses to pay Trent when he awakes and is mysteriously taken away by the LSF. His death is later announced, and Trent is contacted by a thief who reveals that a mystery party destroyed Freeport 7 to get an artifact in the thief's possession. An LSF officer kills the thief, and he is shot by Zane in self-defense as she arrives at the scene. Zane and Trent flee Liberty space, traveling across approximately half of the Freelancer world in their flight. Trent locates Dr Quintaine to learn more about the artifact. While finding additional materials for their research, they discover the existence of the Nomad alien race, who are the caretakers of an empire that belonged to the previous inhabitants of the Sirius sector, the Dom'Kavosh. The Nomads can possess humans and have slowly infiltrated the four Houses in this manner, planning to ignite a civil war to weaken the humans for elimination.
Trent joins the Order, a secret organization formed to combat the Nomads, and helps to rescue the Liberty president from the aliens. Quintaine's research reveals the artifact to be a map and the key to the Dom'Kavosh's hyper gatesuper jump gatenetwork, which currently acts as the Nomads' source of power. The Order launches an attack on what they believe to be the Nomads' homeworld, aiming to activate the hyper gates and cut off the Nomads from their power supply. The activated gates suck the Nomads to an unknown location, and the Order watches over the gates for their return. With the Nomads' defeat, events return to normal in the Freelancer world. Trent and Zane are granted full pardons by the governments, and Trent is asked by the Order to be their eyes and ears in Liberty space, allowing the player to continue the game without any story elements.
I personaly love this game to pieces, It is a really fun and interesting game what never gets boring
Note: If you do not play this game on a daily/Weekly basis, then you will find it hard to keep playing

Here is an Xbox 360 exclusive that is resolutely hardcore. It comes packed with visceral gun-battles, ear-splitting explosions, bucketloads of blood and you use a good old-fashioned control-pad to play it. Oh, and it's also one of the best games released all year.
Committed gamers know what to expect from the Gears Of War franchise, and Gears Of War 3 will tick all of their boxes. Chainsaw bayonets and blood spatters: tick. Hulking space marines: tick. Chest-high walls and new and interesting ways to blast the Locust troops: tick.
But there are signs here that Epic want to entice the casual gamer too. The campaign mode contains a short clip of the game's backstory to ground the uninitiated. It also offers a "casual" difficulty setting which allows players only interested in seeing how the story develops to breeze through its 10 to 12 hour-long campaign.
WARNING: possible spoilers ahead
The story picks up right where the last instalment left off. Marcus Fenix and the rest of the COG soldiers of the planet Sera have been scattered after the destruction of the last human city, and now eke out a Spartan existence aboard giant sea-barges.
Their situation has been made even more desperate by the emergence of a new enemy, called The Lambent, a feral strain of the Locust Horde that have been mutated by Imulsion (the glowing liquid power source of Sera). Not only do these enemies mutate on the fly in battle, they also have a nasty habit of exploding when killed.
The Lambent have proven to be such a substantial threat, that they've even succeeded in driving the Locust above ground, turning some confrontations into three-way battles. The plot gets rolling after the arrival of the effete COG leader, Chairman Prescott, who provides Marcus with proof his father is alive and being held captive by the Locust. In short order, Marcus along with his Delta Squad stalwarts, Dom, Baird and Cole venture into the hostile terrain of Sera to rescue Fenix Snr.
Epic has maintained all year that, while Gears Of War 3 may not herald the end of the franchise altogether, it will certainly end the storyline that has played out over this and the previous two games. Because of this, the developer has pulled out all the stops for Fenix and Delta Squad, providing players with the longest and most layered Gears Of War campaign to date.
The action set-pieces in the game are, if anything, even more impressive than in the past two instalments; the introduction of the Lambent has given the designers increased scope to hurl all manner of mayhem at the player.
The story is also a marked improvement. Epic's Design Director Cliff Bleszinski has always said that "Gears isn't Shakespeare", but it's clear he and the rest of the talented folk at Epic wanted to hit a couple of emotional notes in Gears of War 3. Between the bangs and bloodletting, the plot finds enough time to peek into the lives a couple of the COGs had before the war with the Locust tore Sera apart. The tone of these moments is also handled more consistently than in Gears Of War 2; when the emotional payoffs arrive, there's no jarring gearshift in mood.
The voice acting and dialogue is also a cut above previous instalments. The way in which the COG soldiers trade quips and reflect on the apocalyptic wasteland of Sera with grim gallows humour, lightens what could have been a dour and incredibly downcast gaming experience altogether. To reveal further details of the plot would be to do a disservice to anyone waiting to play Gears Of War 3, but suffice to say Fenix and his cohorts are in for their roughest ride yet.
Of course, while the Campaign's first function is to spin a decent yarn (and it does this admirably), its second function is to familiarise newcomers with its controls and veterans with the new weapons, and then point players in the direction of the Multiplayer. To that end, every kill in the Campaign the player scores results in their overall profile leveling-up, ensuring that they are placed in an appropriate skill level in the Multiplayer by the game's matchmaking system. Players who took part in the Gears of War 3 Multiplayer Beta earlier this year will find that Gears Of War 3 recognises their skill-level and any content they unlocked when they sign in.
There are three main multiplayer modes: Versus, Horde and Beast. Versus is the mode that fans had a taste of in the beta earlier this year in which up to 10 players five a side can have it out with each other across a series of maps in a variety of match-types.
All the match types from the beta are present and correct; there's Team Deathmatch (which does what it says on the tin), Capture The Leader (in which players win points for their team by capturing the opposing team's leader and hanging onto them for as long as possible) and King Of The Hill (where players have to take control of an area that sporadically moves around the map).
On top of that there's Execution, (in which kills can only be scored by "Execution"-style kills like curb stomps), Warzone (Team Deathmatch , but with no extra lives per round) and Wingman (in which teams of two try to eliminate the opposition).
Then there are the co-op modes: Horde and Beast. Horde is a suitably beefed up version of the same mode that appeared in Gears Of War 2 (and which has appeared in a ton of other games under numerous monikers since then). Once again, players work together to fight their way through 50 waves of increasingly difficult foes. However in this new variant, they face a boss battle every 10th wave, which can be anything from a Lambent Beserker to a series of adolescent Corpsers, to a gigantic Brumak.
To aid their survival, players earn cash for every kill they score, and (presumably to encourage teamwork) every teammate they revive. They can then spend their hard-earned cash on fortifications, gun turrets and remote canons.
They can also pool resources to upgrade any of their equipment, or buy items that are slightly out of their price range like the rather expensive Silverback battle mech. Every other wave they're also given tasks such as accumulating a designated number of kills with their chainsaw bayonets which, if they accomplish, will earn them ammo and weapon drops.
Beast mode is similar to Horde, except players take on the role of the Locust monsters, and their objective is to kill all the human bots on the map. They begin by using low level infantry such as the claw-wielding Wretches or the suicide bombing Tickers but will eventually unlock and end up controlling Kantus (who can heal other troops) and Beserkers (essentially walking tanks).
Players who prefer the multiplayer to campaign mode will also be delighted to hear that Epic has dedicated servers in place for Gears Of War 3's online play.
Gears Of War 3 is a robust gaming package. Aside from the multiplayer and campaign modes the latter of which can also be tackled in co-op or in arcade mode this game is filled to bursting with unlockables; ribbons, skins, weapons everything players need to establish their online shooter credentials.
If Gears Of War 3 is indeed this franchise's swansong, Epic can rest easy knowing their world-conquering series ended on something of a high note. It really is one of this year's essential titles.
Game Rate 1/10
I would rate the game 1 8.5/10 because it is a great game but it has some stuff in it that makes it not fun

Graphics
For the game being released in 2008 they are good if you need a comparison they can be better but close to GTA San Andreas.
I was impressed with them since the game was released plenty of years ago, I like them and they give you the classic rock-star game feel!
Will Will Provide Pictures For you to decide!

Already a review on Bully Scholarship Edition. Did you check the Game Review Index before you posted?
Forums/t=2788256.html
This a fairly decent review however, I for one would like to see more information going in to the gameplay portion. It's just a couple of sentences which isn't that informative for the reader. You also don't need to necessarily post the game's awards that it won but I guess that is personal preferences. Also, it's easier for the reader to look at the controls via a picture of it, rather than opening in another tab. Keeps it more structured and professional.
Keep it going.

Don't worry about taking them forever, you will get use to it and it will be quicker for you. Try not to focus on the Game Reviews in the long run. Focus on the reviews one by one and you won't even realize how many you've done until you've earned the badge.

GAME SYNOPSIS
Motocross racing gets physical in MX vs. ATV Alive; colliding with opponents is now a legitimate tactic rather than a cause of frustration and the action is significantly more exciting as a result. It's not all good news in this scant sequel to MX vs. ATV Reflex, though; there's no structured career mode, there are no vehicle types beyond those mentioned in the title, and there are only two event types: Race and Free Ride. Additional features are promised in the form of downloadable content, but right now, this off-road offering barely does enough to justify even its seemingly attractive $40 price tag.
GAMEPLAY
Now First Off To Really enjoy and get the full "feel" for any MX Vs ATV Game you really need to be into Motocross and Quad Cross (Which I am), But with that said it does not mean that an average Gamer cant get thrills of this game! And I'm Going to Tell You Why!!
Well The gamplay is absolutely amazing you can choose between 3 diffrent game modes There is Super cross. Which are Indoor tracks which are on average a 1/2 mile long and they consist of tight turns and different types of jumps (doubles, triples, whoops, dragon backs etc.)
Then there are National which are Outdoor Tracks they are NOT man made and have Huge Jumps and can be a mile or two long!
Then Lastly they Have Free Ride which is pretty self explanatory.
So for the actual game play it is super fun from the Motocross fan to the average person, You can do so much and so many choices. There are big jumps and Super Fun Tracks! You can go from a small super cross track to a ridiculous national with massive jumps, or you can hop on in Free ride where the world is yours and have a HUGE riding area!
With this there is also a Online in game store where you can purchase Add Ons, DLCS, tracks, Gear, Bikes plus MORE!!
One last thing you can customize anything from your hubs on the bike to the helmet everything is customizable!

GRAPHICS
For the in game graphics are amazing there plenty of different environments from Snow, Desert, Beach, Jungle, Forrest, or Indoors you have all the Biomes in one Motocross game!
There is also a new feature in the game where if you keep riding over a area numerous times the game will make ruts and so on, which means places that are ridden allot will have tire marks and will be shrunken then less ridden area which is very Realistic and cool to add!

The leader of Wolfpack has holed himself up on a remote planet, and as our boys approach, they're shot down. Whiskey Company begins to explore the planet, and the mission quickly switches from capturing Kane to making it past the dinosaurs, armed guards as well as mutated scorpions and getting home.
GAMEPLAY
The Gameplay for this game is super fun and its almost a one of a kind per say?
The Playing style in this game is a the only one iv ever seen its super cool because the way you kill the animals or guards is interactive. and You have many choices!
For example you can shoot your bow and pin an enemy or dinosaur against the wall or you can run up and do a knife interaction and every animal has a different one which is really neat!
The Story for this game is pretty good but also confusing and for me i did not get into it that much for my interest i liked going around and completely destroying every dinosaur with a knife. But hey that's just me there's plenty of Ways to get kills!
There also a couple different environments there's a couple cave missions on or two on the mountain, one inside a huge base and in the jungle!

GRAPHICS
There's not to much to talk about graphics wise they are average 2008 graphics there not very good and almost remind me of Halo 3 but not as good.
I was not very impress and they could have been better if there was more effort put in!
But there is one thing about them the environment many not be good but they did put allot of effort in the dinosaurs they look great!

Jak 3 Review
Synopsis
The game opens with Jak being banished to the Wasteland for life by Count Veger for supposed "crimes" against the people of Haven City. As he (along with Daxter and Pecker, who decided to join him) begins to succumb to the heat of the desert, a flashback shows Haven being under a mass attack by Metal Heads. Contrary to Torn's theory in the previous game, the destruction of the Metal Head Leader did not wipe out all the Metal Heads. Also, the Krimson Guard's special force of "K.G. Robots" went rogue and began attacking Haven citizens, leaving the city divided into three parts. The Palace is then destroyed by an unknown force. As Jak, Daxter, and Pecker lose consciousness, they are rescued by a group of desert-dwellers, who take them back to Spargus City.
Upon their arrival in Spargus, Damas, the king, demands that Jak serve him in return for allowing Jak to remain in the city and to repay the debt for saving his life. In their time there, Pecker becomes Damas' royal adviser, and also learns that their longtime friend Sig was actually a spy from Spargus. They also travel to a Precursor Monk temple, where Jak receives many new powers, and learn from a monk named Seem of a foretold destruction of the planet. During one of Damas' missions, Jak is found by Ashelin, who begs him to come back to Haven City to defend it from the Metal Heads and the new Krimzon Guard Deathbots. Still embittered about being exiled, he refuses to return. Ashelin leaves him, but later, Jak changes his mind and makes the journey via transport to Haven City. Jak and Daxter help reunite the Freedom League and give them hope that they can beat back the Metal Heads and KG Deathbots. During a lull in the fighting they receive a transmission from Errol, now a cyborg due to an explosion in the previous game, revealing himself to be the driving force behind the K.G. and Metal Head attacks.
Partway through the game, Jak and Daxter start to encounter strange creatures. A Precursor telescope in the forest of Haven City reveals that the beings are Dark Makers, who were once Precursors, but exposure to Dark Eco transformed them into twisted beings. Jak finds that a purple star in the sky is actually a Dark Maker space ship, and it is nearing the planet. The only way to stop the ship is to activate the planetary defense system situated at the core of the planet. During an attack on the Krimzon Guard War Factory, Jak finds Errol, who boasts of his new strength and body. It's also revealed that Errol is the one contacting the Dark Makers. Jak destroys the KG War Factory, but Errol manages to escape. Jak tracks down Errol again at the Metal Head Nest Tower, where Errol is once again able to escape before the tower collapses. With the general containment and victory over the Metal Heads and Deathbots in Haven City, Jak and Daxter begin their journey to the Planet Core.
They are aided by Damas, who helps them break through the Metal Head territories. Damas is killed in the attack, and with his dying breath he unknowingly reveals that he is Jak's father (Damas dies never knowing Jak is his son); he also reveals that Jak's true name is Mar, the name of the founder of Haven City. They are then ambushed by Count Veger, who then tells Jak that he was the one who took him from Damas hoping to use his eco powers for his experiments but then lost him to the underground just prior to the events of the previous game. Count Veger then begins a race with Jak and Daxter down to the planetary core. Once there, Veger absorbs the Precursor's powers. Then, the actual Precursors appear to reveal that they are Ottsels like Daxter. Veger is then detained by The Precursors as he is turned into an Ottsel. Jak and Daxter are then teleported to the Dark Maker Ship to deactivate its shields while the planetary defense system charges. The mission is a success, but Errol, who boarded the ship using a Warp-Gate, takes a Dark Maker Terraformer and pilots it down to the planet's surface. Jak follows, and after a battle, Jak takes one last shot at the cockpit of the Terraformer, destroying it, along with Errol.
After a celebration in Spargus City, the Precursors bid farewell to the planet and go out into the universe to combat the Dark Makers. Jak is offered a place in their ranks, but he declines.
Setting
The setting in this game is set further in the future than the last one, At the begining of the game i thought it would be set in Haven City again, which would have been boring and i wanted a new place to explore, luckly right at the begining of the game your thrown out into the wasteland, upon adventureing into the wasteland you are found by some locals and taken to Spargus City this is where you spend most of your time in this game. I found this move quite cool, it also suits jaks personality, being out in the dangerous wastelaand, doing races to survive and gain respect upon his new dwellers. I also liked the way they made dramatic changes to the places you spent time in alot in 'Jak II'.
Setting Rating:9/10
Gameplay
The Gameplay was basically the same as the Jak II which was brilliant, Jak II was a breakthrough and i like that they kept things the same. The new 'Buggy' element was absolutly amazing, it made the game more manly rather than doing fast races trying to get to first place. Your doing fast races with weapons and if someones in first place, you simply kill them, thats the end of it. Keeping the dark Jak was a smart move by NaughtyDog i can enjoy slicing people up again haha, Oh and that reminds me the 'Pure Jak' was just epic i mean, you grow wings, and fly, i mean COME ON THAT IS EPIC i cant remeber how he attacks but i remember it being amazing, there are only a few parts in the game you can be Pure Jak and i think they were to do with puzzles, it was genius, beautiful, simply beautiful. I belive you could use the hover-board on this but im not too sure. Also the way you could unlock cheats the further into the game you got was amazing, i remember completeing it and being able to have all guns and ammo from the start which was so so fun!
Gameplay Rating:8/10
Graphics
As you can probably tell from its front case, the graphics were alot better than the last, the graphics i would say would not be too much hassle to us 720p/1080i users it was great also the sand effect whenever you would ride your buggy, the wheels making the sand fly of in whatever direction you turned the graphics where pretty swell. Also with sertain attack moves or by shooting your gun daxter would do a number of funny expressions or fly about on your body, NaughtyDog are well know for there 'wacky' Graphics. In a few weeks sony are doing a 720p HD version of all of the games in the Jak Series, If anyone is interested in playing them.
Graphics Rating:9/10
Game Awards
IGN listed the game 23rd on their list of "The Top 25 PS2 Games of All Time.
