All he did was load a file in IDA Pro then CNTRL + F to search for certain things so it's high-lighted to make him look like he actually knows something.

What part of the Nand is this area on? I found something Like this in the xam.xex mine does not have
LiveHive:XboxServicesUriRoot}/users/xuid({xuid})/devices/{machinepuid}"
So there could be somthing to do with xam.xex, imo.
