well I could be wrong but send in means you send in a controller and build a controller means they supply the controller

or i think the build part means you send it in to them and you build the controller any way you want them to customize it

It doesn't have to even be custom. You can send us a regular controller and get it modded to your likes any other questions aim me thanks!
