I bought my Xbox a couple of years ago and it had a profile on it and I've been using that one ever since.(it had some games linked to it and some achievements) I recently got Battlefield 3 and I've been wanting to use Battlelog and activate Gun Club to get my M1911. Well turns out the gamertag was linked to the previous owner's EA accounts and now I can't switch it to my email. Anybody have advice? I tried customer support but it doesn't work well on the iPad. And my computer's wireless adapter is busted.

You can create a new account and have them transfer the info of your gamertag over. You can transfer gamertag's between accounts.
