I used to be able to rtc and sucessfuly poke changes to the dvars.. but now i'm getting the same error as aBOVE. "failed to read dvar table!"

i KNOW MY ip for my jtag is correct.. I think it's because i tried to update my jtag to mw3 TU11..

But if i try changing the settings i still have the same error. Somebody please help me!!
