Pretty simple really, I recommend not to do the Live Chat option because a lot of the people there are experts. Just call EA (1-866-543-5435) and ask if they can transfer your GT to a new EA ID. Usually if they say that they'll look into this further they'll find out you're banned (just a heads up). They'll also ask for your DOB, so if you don't know that (I didn't remember) you can give them your phone number on the account, your online pass code, and you can even tell them what games you've played (the lady seriously asked me that).

TL;DR: Call EA, tell them to transfer your GT to a new EA ID. If it doesn't work, just keep on trying (I got it my first try )
