i am thinking about getting a silver team but only have like 15 grand to spend on it can anyone give me any ideas what silver team i could get ?

i was thinking more of a league than a team, i was thinking about the french lique but i dont know what formation and good cheap players

french league is good i always play a 41212 but its expesnsive so you might not be able to get team with 15k
