I've recently been getting into graphic design. (Using Gimp.)

I'm in charge of making banners, buttons, backgrounds, etc. for 3 websites; eye appealing design for two youtube channels; and concept art for a MMORPG.
(Not lying; most of it is with my IRL friend. We like to keep busy and we've been trying to do so in a way that has potential to make money.)

The stuff I've been making is okay but I don't want to settle with okay.

I know the only way to get better is with practice, and I figure offering a free graphic design service would be a good way to achieve that.

I can't promise you will like what I make, but it's free, and I am trying.
If there's specific things that you don't like please, let me know. I need your guys' feedback in order to get better and I would really appreciate it.
Also, if you let me know what I did wrong/what you didn't like I will redo/fix your item if you want me to.

I'll do anything from avatars to website layouts. I just need need to know exactly what you want and I need exact sizes.

Note: I also have some experience with animated gifs. Not professional by any means but I can try.

It doesn't matter which you contact. I have them all setup with Pidgin so I will get messages to all 3 at the same time.

Video Chatting or Voice Chatting
My internet is satellite internet and can't handle the bandwidth.
However, I'm currently at my friends house who has a DSL connection.

Joining Teams
At the current time I don't want to join any teams/any groups.
I need to focus on broadening my graphic design knowledge.

If I get large allotments of free time in the future and have learned a lot of what there is to learn I may change my mind, but until then it is a definite no.
