I'm open for editing, but I've got a few questions.
1) What is an OCE editor? Never heard of it.
2) Will you convert the file to a more common format; prefferably .mp4.
I'd preffer it if I didn't have to go download, install, and later uninstall programs on my moms computer. (I'm on my laptop right now and it's Linux.)
3) (I haven't downloaded the file yet; I don't even know if there's a codec for that format on Linux.) How long is the video?
4) How good do you want it to be?
I'm basically asking if you are expecting any special effects of anything of the sort. (I wont do a bad job editing a video. The way I look at it, if I do a bad job editing, I just wasted that much of my life. Just want to know how much time I should plan on spending.)
5) If the footage was recorded from a camera, what is the video quality? (Helpful to know when setting up a template and rendering the video.)
My program of choice is Sony Vegas, and all videos I edit will be done purely in Vegas.
I've been editing videos on and off since I got my first laptop in 2009. I started in Windows Movie Maker and switched to Sony Vegas in mid 2010.
I can send you some example work, but not much.
I didn't use to take this seriously, and I didn't use to know what I know now. For that reason I deleted nearly every single video I ever made.
I started fresh and have only made ...2? videos since then.
And lastly, I don't require any sort of a reward ;p (Though I am curious what it is )
If I offer to edit a video for free it's because:
1) I'm on TTG and can't offer "premium"/pay for services on here.
2) The more videos I edit the better I get. Since I don't have any personal footage that I currently need to edit, my time is best spent editing others footage. Helps me, helps you, everyone's happy.

(If you even read my above post; I realize a lot of my posts are extremely lengthy)
If you have me edit your video, could you please upload the raw footage onto youtube and just provide me the link?
I just want to be 100% sure that the file is virus free.
It also makes sure it's in a useable format.
Lately, when using Windows, I've been very cautious.
It's so easy to get viruses now days, and the only Windows computer I have access to is my Moms.
(If I infect her computer I'm pretty much guarnteed to lose access to it.)
