NO people are **** idiots. You can RGH it. You will need a coolrunner chip if you want single nand but cygnos and coolrunner if you want dual nand. It is a hard mod so if you have never done anything with soldering electronics before I recommend you send it in, I can do it for you.

To clear up the idiots.
The "Reset Glitch Hack" (RGH) can be done on ANY Dashboard (So yes you can do it on 14699). The RGH does the exact same things as a jtag. Only thing that differs from jtaging is that you need a mod chip (Coolrunner). The RGH's Dashboard is called a GGBoot/Build. RGHing is harder to do than jtaging. You can dual boot(two nands)so one nand can be LIVE safe and the other will allow you to run your unsigned code.

Jtaging can only done on Dashboard/Kernal 7371 or below; Down to 1888. You don't need a mod chip; they are replaced with diode brides. The jtags Dashboard is called "freeBOOT". You can dual boot a jtag, but it's pointless as a jtag need eFuses. Even if you update the one nand to go on LIVE, you would blow the eFuses.

GGBoot/Build and freeBOOT do the same thing, they're just different names. They are locked to the hack you do. Meaning GGboot/build only works on RGH, freeBOOT only works on jtag.

In the end RGH could be called "jtag", but it not the same.

You would need to do the RGH to "jtag" your Xbox.
