I'm 5"6 and weigh 120 with 6% body fat (:

weighing 120 at 5'6 means you have ZERO muscle. lol

Yet I bench 140 :trollin:

You would gain muscle but would not lose fat. To that you need to do cardiovascular excercises, such as running.

1)4 LBS weights will not give you much muscle at all, but slowly, depending on your metabolism, you will lose fat.

2) If you eat sh*tty foods you will put on fat no matter how much/often you lift.
(You can eat a slice of pizza every so often, but eating little Debbie cakes like they're tic tacs is just not a good idea.)

3) If you send me a PM with all the foods you eat per day ill tell and ill tell you what to cut back on.(If your going to drink milk, it should be SKIM. All other milk has a ton of dairy fat.)

you're gonna need to increase that a little. I am 15, workout twice a day. 3 sets of 20 with 15lb weights to each arm, 45 push ups, and 150-250 curl ups with little breaks in between. and I have been doing that for about half a year, got a decent 4 pack but still a little belly on the bottom[/i]

You may notice some fat loss by june, but with just 4lb dumbbells you wont get much muscle.
Eat healthy and exercise. Cardio will help loose weight more than lifting

Thanks for all the responses!

^floogorz: check your PMs!

I'm not gonna go to the gym, so any home exercises would be great.

An elliptical is too much money for now. If anyone knows any good cardio exercises other than running, jogging, jump ropes, etc., please let me know.

Thanks =)
