I HAVE INSTALLED GTA:IV SO NOW I WANT TO INSTALL MODS TO IT.
I DONT WANT TO MAKE AN ISO. DOSE SOME ONE KNOW HOW TO DO THAT?
I WANT TO INSTALL MODS LIKE A PATCH_MP.FF IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Dont think its possible unless you could get scripts for the game only other way is to make an ISO

There is no patch_mp.ff for GTA

Only was is via ISO

There's Jtag mods for GTA IV you will just have to code them yourself though.
