How do i get bypassed?

First Code : GO TO CONNECTION SETTING'S AND CLICK ON "CUSTOM".THEN GO ALL THE WAY TO THE PROXY SERVER AND CLICK ON "USE".THEN TYPE IN THE CODE "200.251.58.190" WITHOUT THE PARENTHESIS IN THE IP ADDRESS SLOT .THEN UNDER WERE YOU TYPED IN THE CODE IT SHOULD SAY PORT.YOU WILL TYPE IN 8080 IN THE PORT SLOT.THEN SAVE SETTING'S AND DO NOT TEST CONNECTION.AFTER THAT GO TO GAME DATA UTILITY AND DELETE YOUR MW2 PATCH AND YOUR BYPASSED ..
