This Build is gonna be for playing games like Skyrim, COD:Waw, and other games like those.

Not bad but switch out the PSU for a Corsair PSU and the GTX 560 for the Gigabyte one.
They're both better brands. Especially Corsair. Thermaltake is horrible for a gaming computer.

Change the processor to a 2500k, it's not that much money, and if you buy a aftermarket cooler, it can be overclocked a lot, while being stable.
Also you may want to invest in a normal ATX motherboard, it will help with airflow as the components are closely packed together.
Strange choice of case, considering you could get a Cooler master HAF 912 for $60.
Other than that it should be ok for a mid range gaming system.

Ur CPU is bottlenecking the GPU, Get a 2500k and you can overclock it really good
