What don't you understand? I like dubstep. But it is just random notes pitches that make music. ALL music is made of notes, rhythm, and pitches. That means you dislike those pitches and rhythms.

Dubstep is not random noises put together or those pitches would never repeat. It is the same thing as any other type of music only it is made with a computer. (just like most bands that use instruments now) In reality everything is the same just now people are focusing on the bass in the music not the treble. Dubstep takes quite a lot of skill to make, just not as much as playing a instrument does. And really it is just a music genera why go to the point where you make a avatar and everything, it is just what people like. You would not care if someone got a blue shirt instead of a red so why worry about music?

honestly it is just a genre of music, not everybody likes rap, rock, or pop and etc. but the people who say it is bad now because it has gone mainstream should give there head a shake, where did you want your favorite music to go? nowhere and let the artist make no money and barely get by in life?

It introduced variety to the EDM genre. Music is a way of expression, therefore cannot be "ruined" by one genre, the only way it can be ruined is by going out of style. Music isn't going out of style anytime soon.
