If your going to gift someone gold, gift it wisely and not some nub,

With 200$ id probably save until you decide what you want?

You could do several things with the money in your Paypal.

You could purchase somebody gold and you could indeed for the Gold gifter badge, which would be a great thing to have on TTG.

You could purchase games for your console, or accessories, etc, for your console or PC.

The posibilities are endless, it's up to you what you spend your money on. We don't know your interests so it's hard to suggest stuff.
