Problem with Daedric Artifacts

So I spent most of my dad finding the remaining Daedric Artifacts and I thought I had them all until I realised I was missing the Ebony Blade
I did a bit of reading and then realized it was probably down to the fact that I had completed the main quest and the war thing before I had tried to take the quest.
The woman only gives me bounties now.
So I went to the Blue Palace where Balgruuf is staying since the war and he doesn't say anything about the quest either.
Basically, I need to get my last Daedric Artifact, the Ebony Blade, but can't because I didn't accept the mission early enough.
Does anyone know of any solutions, other than going back to a save before the war, because that would take ages.
Does anyone know of any Save Editors? Hex Editors? Or Gamesaves that have all but 1 Artifact collected ?
It's not the weapon I want so much, just the achievement.
Any help would be greatly appreiciated.

I actually just downloaded one of those god mode saves and I went through all the chests in the room and picked out all the Daedric Artifacts but it didn't give me the achievement :/.
Anyone know how I might be able to do it whilst using the God mode save ?

im not sure i really wish they would've fixed the Daedric quests. Im missing the one ring you get from the werewolf hunters when you get saviors hide. And that was when i was level 37 and now im 74 so im deffinatly NOT going back
one thing you could try is making a save right now and going back and getting it and reloading it. You might not have the item but maybe the acheivement?? dont know if it works but you could try good luck!

i never had this problem i finished the main quest and i captured whiterun for the storm cloaks i just kept clicking heard any rumors till she gave it to me. i had the problem with the dadreas best friend quest
