I would like to start off by saying, I know I have not been on in a long time, because I took a break from everything. But I have been on sometimes checking on everything. But I have noticed the marketplace is starting to change ALOT! Atleast from what is was well over a year ago. I know it has got alot better ever since Icy has been patrolling that section. But here it goes...

Back a couple on months ago you could go onto the marketplace and just see Jtags and Xboxs and accessories, but now you never know what you will find. You might find someone selling a iPod or Someone selling Accounts or even Posters (WTF??) But What concerns me is that If you read the rules in the marketplace you would find out what is aloud and not aloud.




I understand that the new users might not read the rules and post something they aren't allowed to sell but they eventually lear over time. But sometimes you some across a user with 1k post that are selling "Youtube Accounts" while they have been here for sometimes over 1 year. But that proves to you that not everyone follows directions.

No Proof
This brings me to my next part of my rant. This is for when users don't post proof of what they are selling. When you put a post up, don't say that you will post proof in 4...5...6... hours, but instead, post then when you have proof! Duhh well that makes since but most people don't care about that rule.

Also when you DO post proof, make sure it is good proof. Not proof with your old phone that has a poor quality camera, but insted use a good camera if you have one, or borrow a friends camera. I hate when someone post a picture of just an xbox with there name but no proof on XEX menu or any proof that it is a Jtag. That shows no proof that its a Jtag, because about 95% of people here have a reg Xbox. But the bottom line is to make a picture for your post, thats the key!


Shops
The definition of a shop is where someone opens up a place to sell items, Notice the (S) That means that you must have more then One Item to be able to Have a Shop. But there are exceptions. But If your Just selling a Jtag 9One Jtag) Please don't put i your title "Shop" Because your just selling One Item! If your selling One thing, put a title that shows that your just selling one thing.
because someone who has a shop usually sell more then one Xboxs Or Jtags, Or have them in stock

Fake Reflowing

I start this off saying that this is not part of my 'Marketplace Rant" but rather then something else.

We all know about the "Penny" or Towel trick" that are a Permeant fix?? But they are not. First off, It does more damage then Help. First off, your just creating a giant heat box, at that point it either gets caught on fire or just breaks everything on the inside.
If you do you a heatgun, It is almost the same thing but a little more effective. But If you want a good fix, Just send it in to get reballed or reflowed by someone who knows what they are doing. Because If you keep on doing to :Cheap Fix: your just going to have to buy a new on in the near future. Or you might have to get a new house, lol...

XClamp Fix

The Xclamp fix is another temp fix for the RROD that the xbox commonly gets. But the fix Sometimes works and sometime dosen't work, or sometimes it does work, If just depends on whats wrong with it. Its something you should do If you are getting a new xbox in the near future and your old one brakes. Because It might give you a few days or weeks to use it but It wont fix it forever.
