My challenges are turning in instantly saying i received 1st place in them even though it still says i have to wait another 3-4 hours... Im even getting the credits on halo reach.

It's not really a "Problem" since it's the format of the challenges.. A couple weeks ago they changed it so now they credit right when you complete them.
