Ok, i got my HDMI after christmas, and it has worked like a charm and now its ish, the video/ audio on it is fine, its just the picture quality looks like crap... any suggestions?

check if it's plug in all the way and if your thing is HDTV if not call 1-800-4 my xbox

try plugging it into a different hdmi port in the TV and just changing the input to that channel, or go to display settings on xbox and make it 1080

Go to your tv's quality settings and you should be able to change it. If it's on xbox then you can change it on the dashboards console settings.

Ya sorry buddy your gonna have to get a new one. HDMI is completely digital therefore when it goes down it stays down, no hope for salvage.
