I own a iPhone 4 which is jailbroke on 5.0.1, and im having problems. When i attempt to download apps on installous, on 3G or Wi-Fi, it will say it is connecting for around 5 minutes, then with 90% of apps it will fail to download. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it many times, but i get the same problem every time. How can i fix this?

try using a different download link for the app your getting.
depends on how busy the servers are.
