i don't think its possible right now the old way was patched by the new dash sorry could not help more.

that is right there was away to do it with horizon but it was only a temp unban but that dont work now

Im sorry,but right now this is currently no way off unbanning a account unless you convince XBLPET to unban it or try working for them.
