its in the title please tell me and is there anyway u can fix it
edited: ok well when u play on my old tv the screen turned perfect when i turned in the game but now like a .2 second delay which when i play i turn and its a little late so it hard to get use to
does anyone know how to fix it

No seriously, I have switched between SDTV's and HDTV's and I felt no difference.
There is no delay on my TV.

You just need to get used to it.
Or you can try playing on a higher sensitivity. I used to play of 2. Now I play on 8
