i think there should be a rule that if people do host off your work then they should no longer be able to speak or make topics and you should ban their ip from being used agai

I think there should be a rule on posting useless threads, oh wait there is. spam.

I'm pretty sure there is a suggestion section, if you're that upset about it post it there.

contact a moderator, and they cant ip ban, what would happen if thee were 2-5 ppl in the same house that got on thetechgame..
